Salary & Compensation Hourly wage: $15 - $28 per hour (actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.) Job Overview Home associates greet customers on the sales floor, offer them assistance and recommend merchandise based on the customer's wants and needs.
