Location: NYC, NY (Remote)
Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager (PM) to lead and coordinate cross-domain technology projects, including Project Phoenix and key SHUSA processes (OAG, ARF, ARB). This role requires hands-on experience in technical project management, software architecture, and working with cross-functional technology teams. The ideal candidate will coordinate with Solutions Architects, Enterprise Architecture, Information Security, and other governance groups to ensure smooth delivery of complex technology initiatives.

### Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage technical projects, ensuring on-time delivery of project milestones and deliverables.
- Collaborate with Solutions Architects to design and document application architectures.
- Plan, schedule, and facilitate architecture review meetings with Enterprise Architecture, Information Security, Infrastructure, and other governance teams.
- Track, document, and address feedback and decisions from architecture governance forums (OAG, ARF, ARB).
- Maintain clear and up-to-date project documentation, tracking dependencies, risks, and action items.
- Support project tracking and reporting using Agile methodologies and tools like Jira and Confluence.
- Manage and communicate with a variety of stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency.

### Must Have Skills
- Technical Project Management: 3+ years of experience managing software development or IT architecture projects.
- Software/Application Architecture: Basic understanding of architecture design, application integration, and cloud computing principles.
- Cloud Computing (AWS): Basic knowledge of AWS services (networking, compute, storage) and cloud architecture principles, including on-premises to cloud migration.
- Project Management Tools: Proficient with Agile methodology, Jira, Confluence, or similar tools.
- Project Governance: Experience coordinating architecture reviews and presenting solutions to technology governance forums (e.g., OAG, ARF, ARB).
- Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to communicate with and manage diverse technical and business stakeholders.
