Location: Arden Hills, MN (Hybrid)

Pay Rate: Up to $33.00/hour

Schedule: Monday & Friday Remote | Tuesday-Thursday Onsite (flexibility available after 3 weeks)

Education Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required

Experience Requirements

• 1+ years of data analysis, contract administration, or related experience
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Experience auditing data and identifying discrepancies
• Familiarity with contract management, pricing operations, or data processing preferred
• Experience with CLM systems, pricing, rebate management, or system integrations is a plus

Job Duties

• Enter and maintain contracts, amendments, and supporting documentation
• Perform pricing, contract, and data audits to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Track product launches and support operational readiness activities
• Process bulk data uploads, updates, and validations
• Review purchase orders and contract commitments for accuracy
• Validate pricing and rebate information across multiple systems
• Assist with testing, data collection, and system updates
• Support business analysts with special projects and process improvements

• Ability to work at a computer for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
