Business/Data Analyst

Duration: FTE Location: MN-Minneapolis, Hybrid 3-4 days onsite Overview Crew helps our clients deliver change through IT project delivery, business process improvement, and operational efficiency efforts. Crew data analysis associates bring data insights to life with predictive and descriptive analytics, create meaningful business intelligence and data visualization dashboards, and learn data profiling and cloud data practices. Responsibilities Work through post-implementation fixes, data migration clean-up, new enhancement requests, and vendor release management Build a data warehouse and create reports Keep contacts in the CRM current Work very closely with Tech partners Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Analytics or Data Science Knowledge of Investment Banking Business data analyst but talk technical Ability to be in front of external customers as well as confident to present to the executive level Basic PowerBI skills Self-starter, versatile/ability to wear many hats, well-spoken with solid executive presence, positive attitude Tools and Technologies: Tableau expertise required, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, Salesforce/DealCloud experience, VBA preferred The salary range for this role is $62,000 to $85,000 or the hourly equivalent.
