General Manager

This is not a coaching job with some admin on the side. This is a business operator role at a private fitness studio in Cottonwood Heights — and we're looking for someone who loves the business side first and fitness second. If you're a great trainer who's open to "doing more admin," please save us both the time. We need someone who lights up over a P&L the way others light up over a perfect deadlift.

We're a private personal training studio built around one mission: helping active adults 60+ perform better and live 10 years younger. Our Longevity Blueprint framework delivers real, measurable results for masters athletes and lifestyle clients who refuse to accept that decline is inevitable.

We're growing. We're serious about building something that lasts. And we need the right operator in the #2 seat to help us get there.

You are the Integrator. You own operations, client retention, team management, billing, marketing execution, HR, and facility management. You report directly to the owner. You lead everyone else.

Your KPIs are real: net client growth of +4/month, 90% semi-private session fill rate, positive month-over-month revenue delta. Numbers don't lie, and you're the one responsible for what they say.

• You need a lot of direction before you take action
• "Processes and spreadsheets" sound like someone else's problem
• You'd rather coach clients than own the number that measures whether they stay
• You treat goals as suggestions when things get hard

• Base salary: $55,000 – $62,000 DOE
• Quarterly performance bonus — paid as a percentage of studio revenue and profit. The business grows, your bonus grows.
