General Manager (Operations & Team Leadership) SwimKids Utah – Holladay, UT $50,000–$55,000/year SwimKids Utah is seeking a strong, people‑focused General Manager to lead daily operations, develop a high‑performing team, and ensure an exceptional experience for every family we serve. This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, takes ownership of results, and is excited to grow with a rapidly expanding business. What You’ll Do Lead, hire, train, and develop a team of instructors and front desk staff Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency, consistency, and high‑quality service Maintain a positive, accountable team culture aligned with company values Monitor performance and forecast staffing and business needs Ensure facility cleanliness, organization, and overall presentation Deliver an outstanding customer experience and resolve escalated concerns Partner with ownership to support growth and continuous improvement What We’re Looking For Previous leadership or management experience (required) Strong ability to lead, coach, and hold a team accountable Excellent communication and customer service skills Organized, dependable, and solution‑oriented Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑energy environment Passion for working with kids and families Compensation & Benefits $50,000–$55,000/year Salary based on experience and leadership background Medical, dental, and vision insurance Health Savings Account (HSA) Paid time off (PTO) 401(k) Parental leave Phone stipend Schedule Average of 45 hours per week Monday–Friday: 8:30 AM – 7:30 PM (shift‑based coverage) Occasional Saturdays required Must be available for afternoon and evening shifts About SwimKids Utah SwimKids Utah specializes in private, one‑on‑one swim lessons and is rapidly growing to meet demand for our proven curriculum.
