About the job: As a Data Operations Specialist, you will be an integral part of the Data Operations team, stepping into a hands-on, entry-level role that supports the daily management and integrity of MotivHealth’s data systems. This position is ideal for a curious, detail-oriented individual who enjoys problem-solving and process improvement. You'll be responsible for identifying, investigating, and resolving data inconsistencies while also helping to improve data handling and integration processes. Duties : Serve as a technical liaison between MotivHealth and external vendors, ensuring smooth communication and issue resolution. Monitor and resolve data integration issues, ensuring timely correction and minimal impact to business operations. Lead the implementation and management of 834 file integrations, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Document new data integration processes, systems, and products to support team knowledge and continuity. Assist non-technical team members in diagnosing and resolving data-related issues. Collaborate across departments to support enrollment processes and maintain data accuracy. Qualifications: Basic knowledge of T-SQL and SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS). A bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics or a related field is a plus. Skills and Abilities: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new processes. Analytical problem-solving skills. Capacity to digest complicated data and streamline processes.
