Operations Analyst This is a contract opportunity. This is a hybrid opportunity in South Jordan, UT. About this Position Were seeking an Operations Analyst to support a financial services operations team responsible for managing documentation, reporting, and regulatory processes across multiple business lines. This role works within a high-volume, deadline-driven environment and supports operational processes tied to financial products and client accounts. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues, analyze processes, and help improve operational efficiency while supporting key regulatory and reporting requirements. Job Responsibilities Research and resolve client and stakeholder inquiries related to documentation, reporting, and account-related processes. Analyze operational workflows and support improvements that enhance efficiency and reduce risk. Partner with internal teams across operations, technology, compliance, and risk to troubleshoot and resolve operational issues. Support operational and technology initiatives by assisting with business requirement documentation and testing. Track operational metrics and help identify opportunities to improve processes and client service outcomes. Job Skills/Requirements Experience supporting financial services operations, business operations, or analytical roles. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel.
