THE ROLE Wearelooking for In-Seat Servers to join our team. As a In-Seat Server, you willprovideexceptionalguest service while working collectively and cooperatively in their assigned area. Join us as we remember the past, while looking forward to the future. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Ability to interact with guests to ensure guest satisfaction. Provide our guests with personal service and attention to detail that will exceed their expectations. Serve food, soda, water, wine, draft beer, and bottled beer. Support the service staff by clearing/cleaning tables and running food. Performs opening, closing, and side work duties as assigned Must be knowledgeable of other food, beverages, and retail outlets within the stadium. Maintaina pleasant and collaborative attitude towards customers, co-workers, and management. Adheres to the Legends Global and venue company policies. Practicesafe work habits and complete company and venue safety and general compliance training. Complete otherduties asassigned by management. QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty with energy and enthusiasm. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or abilityrequired. Available to work non-traditional hours (Nights, Weekends & Holidays). Ability to interact with co-workers to ensure compliance with company service standards. Must have basic knowledge of food and beverage preparations, service standards, guest relations, and etiquette. Must have able to read,speakand write English Language to communicate with guests. Ability to lift and transport items that weigh 10-30 pounds, occasionally 50 pounds. Must be flexible to work extended hours due to business requirements including late nights, weekends and holidays including all games and major stadium and catering events. Must have enough mobility to perform assigned production tasks including constant reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods of time. Must have two (2) to three (3) years working in a fast-paced high-end club, or restaurant. High school diploma or equivalent. Practice safe work habits, follow all safetypolicies and proceduresand regulations, complete company-wide safetytrainingand anyadditionaljob specific safety training. Ability toattainthe required alcohol and food safety certifications prior to working events. Strong attention to detail. Able todemonstrateflexibility and quickly adapt to changes. Ability to be self-motivated and work independently and work well as a team player. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
