Maintenance Technician II — Training Role + $500 Sign-On

Ackermann Group in Reynoldsburg, OH is seeking a Maintenance Technician 2 to join The Oaks community. You will perform unit make-readies, basic maintenance, and respond to service requests to keep the property in top condition. The role is full-time, Monday–Friday 8:00am–5:00pm with on-call rotation for emergencies. This is a training role offering opportunities to advance within the maintenance trade.
