Technical Support Representative - Carlsbad

Salary: $39,520 - 43,680 per year Requirements:

• We prefer at least 12 months of customer service and/or troubleshooting experience in a call center or office setting.
• We need strong verbal and written communication skills.
• We expect a proven record of reliable attendance in prior roles.
• We require computer proficiency across common applications, including email, Microsoft Office, and customer database systems.
• We need flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekend coverage.
• Candidates must be willing to work a flexible 40-hour week and reside in Arizona, Florida, Texas, Missouri, or California.

• We answer incoming calls from customers and installers.
• We provide support for equipment operation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and installation.
• We build and maintain positive customer relationships.
• We deliver telephone-based troubleshooting and repair assistance to customers and installers.
• We guide installers and customers on equipment installation, use, maintenance, and related responsibilities.
• We administer service programs to help resolve service issues effectively.
• We coordinate installer dispatches for onsite support when problems cannot be resolved by phone.
• We keep daily logs and records up to date.
• We identify product improvement opportunities and share recommendations.
• We complete the role with training provided.

We are hiring for a 100% remote Technical Support Representative role in our call center. Our call center operates Monday through Friday from 5:00 AM to 7:00 PM and Saturday through Sunday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM PST. We offer a pay range of $19.00 to $21.00 per hour, along with tuition reimbursement, three weeks of paid vacation in the first year, paid holidays, medical, vision, and dental coverage, pet insurance, life insurance, and 401(k) contributions.
