Salary: $39,520 - 43,680 per year Requirements:

• We deliver guidance on operation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and installation.
• We build and maintain positive customer relationships.
• We follow established call flows, authentication procedures, and escalation paths.
• We train installers and customers on equipment installation, operation, and maintenance.
• We use internal knowledge bases and tools to resolve issues efficiently.
• We maintain professionalism, empathy, and composure in every interaction.
• We dispatch installers for onsite service when issues cannot be resolved by phone.
• We accurately document customer interactions in our database.
• We identify product improvement opportunities and share recommendations.
• We contribute feedback to improve our knowledge base.
• We escalate unresolved or complex issues to the appropriate teams.

We are hiring a temporary, fully remote Technical Support Representative to join our call center team in a 40-hour role, with schedules based on business needs. The call center operates Monday through Friday from 5:00 AM to 7:00 PM PT and Saturday through Sunday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM PT, including evenings and weekends as required. Candidates must reside in Arizona, Florida, Texas, Missouri, or California, and relocation assistance is not available. The role may convert to a regular position, but this is not guaranteed.
