Hofmann USA Dental, Vision, Life, Accident, Short Term Disability, and Critical Illness Insurance 401k with a match after 1 year of service 80 hours of Paid Time Off per 2000 hours worked Up to 13 Paid Holidays Pay increase after 1 and 2 years of service Employee Discount Program Referral Program offering $50 to both the employee and the referral after 80 hours of work Schedule Day Shift hours: 6:45 am‑7:00 am to 5:25 pm‑5:40 pm Night Shift hours: 7:15 pm‑7:30 pm to 5:55 am‑6:10 am Shift schedule depends on location During training: 5 shifts of 8 hours per day for 1–2 weeks After training: 4 shifts of 10 hours per day each week Duties and Responsibilities Operate small industrial vehicles such as stand‑up forklift, sit‑down forklift, VNA forklift, cherry picker, tugger, reach truck, small box truck, or pallet jack as needed. Assist in the management and distribution of goods within BMW’s logistics system. Move and transport parts and pallets from incoming trucks and stack them in assigned locations, including racks up to 30 ft high. Use a cherry picker or reach truck to move and transport large items on warehouse shelves. Scan, pick, sequence, inspect, transport, and move parts within the plant to ensure the production line receives the correct parts on time. Perform general warehouse duties as required. Essential Job Functions Work in a fast‑paced environment and demonstrate problem‑solving and multitasking skills. Maintain a stationary position during a shift as needed. Shift between upright and low stances. Reach overhead as necessary to perform job functions. Operate machinery required for the position. Move and transport up to 50 lbs unassisted. Required Experience 6+ months of forklift experience. Experience using RFID inventory scanners. Experience in stockroom, warehouse, shipping and receiving, or inventory is a plus. Experience using SAP is a plus. High school diploma or GED.
