Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $22.25 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon10:00 PM - 06:00 AMTue10:00 PM - 06:00 AMWed10:00 PM - 06:00 AMThur10:00 PM - 06:00 AMSun10:00 PM - 06:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service at the front desk by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, visitor processing, and/or emergency response activities as appropriate for the location. Monitor lobby and reception area activity, verify identification and/or access permissions, and help to deter unauthorized entry in accordance with location protocols. Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report details through required documentation and communication channels. Answer questions, provide directions, and support staff, patients, visitors, and/or vendors with professional front desk assistance while maintaining awareness of security-related concerns. Receive deliveries, manage visitor logs and/or credential records, and communicate with site contacts regarding access requests, unusual activity, and other security-related matters. Minimum Requirements: At least 6 months of security-related experience is required. A state, county, or city issued security-related license is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Access control and/or badge experience is preferred. Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
