Children First Learning Center is seeking an enthusiastic, caring, and dedicated Lead Pre-K Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about early childhood education and committed to creating a safe, engaging, and nurturing classroom where every child can thrive.
Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education (required)
Responsibilities :
- Create a positive, inclusive, and developmentally appropriate learning environment
- Monitor and assess children's progress and maintain accurate documentation
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and staff
- Ensure compliance with licensing regulations and center policies
- Supervise and mentor classroom support staff while maintaining a high-quality learning environment
