Job Title: Territory Manager Exterior Cleaning & Holiday Lighting

Compensation: Competitive Pay | Performance Bonuses Available
Schedule: Monday - Friday | Some Evenings or Weekends May Be Required

As a proud Campbell University alumni that competed in Division 1 athletics and seasoned IT manager managing multiple teams, Colin brings strong team building, training and customer service to the South Charlotte branch.

Position Summary
Were looking for a motivated and personable Territory Manager to help grow our business by connecting with homeowners and commercial clients, diagnosing their needs, and providing tailored service solutions. This is a customer-facing role with excellent earning potential for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-person consultations with prospective clients to assess property needs and recommend service packages
  • Follow and present offerings using industry leading technology and Bright Brothers training program
  • Build trust and rapport with clients through great communication and a solutions-first approach
  • Represent Bright Brothers at local networking groups (e.g., BNI meetings ) to promote services and build community connections
  • Track leads, update CRM systems, and follow up with potential clients consistently
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED (preferred)
  • 13 years of experience , ideally in-home services or a similar field
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Confident, self-motivated, and results-driven
  • Ability to manage your own schedule and stay organized
  • Reliable transportation and valid drivers license (required for canvassing and appointments)
