Job Description: Dental Territory Sales Manager

Location : Charlotte, NC

Salary : Base $80,000 - $90,000 | OTE: $160,000 (uncapped)

Benefits : Full benefits include Medical, Dental, 401K, Vision, Mileage, PTO, All expenses paid

Travel : Overnight travel required: 30%

We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Dental Territory Sales Rep to join our team in Charlotte, NC. The candidate must have: 2+ years of dental sales experience!

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Relationship Management : Establish and maintain strong relationships with dental practices and clients within your territory.
• Product Education & Demonstrations : Educate clients about our products and services, and attend trade shows to conduct product demonstrations.
• Lead Generation : Identify and generate potential leads for future sales opportunities.
• Sales Performance : Set and exceed sales quotas while tracking and reporting sales activities in an organized manner.
• Team Collaboration : Communicate effectively with team members, sharing insights and strategies to enhance overall team performance.

Qualifications:

• Education : Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience : The candidate must have: dental sales experience!
• Skills : Strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
• Travel : Must have the ability to travel frequently to meet with clients and conduct business.
