This role is essential to maintaining a welcoming front office experience while supporting day-to-day operations that keep our creative studio running smoothly. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining a professional and secure environment for staff, visitors, and vendors. This role offers a unique opportunity to be part of a close-knit, creative team in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. You'll be the first impression of our studio, helping create a warm, secure, and efficient workspace for everyone who walks through the door.Key Responsibilities:Open and prepare the reception area, and conference room each morningGreet employees and visitors with a professional and positive attitudeManage visitor check-in using digital software, verify ID, oversee NDA signature, and enforce security protocolsCommunicate with team members to ensure guests are properly escorted into the buildingReceive packages and deliveries; log package details and notify appropriate teamsAssist with large deliveries by coordinating with the warehouse teamSupport internal teams with additional administrative tasks as neededWhat We're Looking For:Excellent interpersonal and communication skillsStrong attention to detail and time managementAbility to work independently and take initiativeProfessional demeanor with a focus on hospitality and confidentialityBasic computer skills and comfort using digital check-in systems and spreadsheetsExperience as a receptionist or front desk clerk preferredAt Swaybox Studios, we believe that great storytelling comes from diverse voices, perspectives, and experiences.
