Acting as a performance consultant, you'll partner with leaders, simplify the complex, and keep raising the bar. This role reports to the Director of People Operations and partners closely with field teams and leadership to ensure talent initiatives are practical, consistent, and embedded in day‑to‑day operations. The Manager, Talent and Culture plays a critical role in fueling engagement by ensuring effective onboarding, enabling managers, supporting operational change, and building leadership capacity across the organization. Key Responsibilities Onboarding & Team Member Experience Own the design and delivery of a consistent, high‑impact and ongoing onboarding experience aligned to company culture and values Serve as a key support resource for new hires during their first 90 days, ensuring a smooth transition and strong manager handoff Identify onboarding gaps and continuously improve early‑stage employee experience and retention Manager Enablement & Leadership Development Coach front‑line managers through 1:1 and cohort‑based learning to strengthen accountability, feedback, and team development Provide clear frameworks and tools to help managers onboard, mentor, and grow their teams effectively Build leadership capability in a practical, accessible way that fits the scale of the organization Learning & Development Programs Design and deliver engaging learning experiences (workshops, cohorts, and e‑learning) aligned to business needs Manage and optimize the Learning Management System to ensure content is relevant, accessible, and role‑specific Increase adoption and consistent use of learning tools and resources across the organization Partner with external providers and local institutions to expand development opportunities Performance & Talent Development Support performance management processes by equipping managers to set goals, conduct check‑ins, and deliver meaningful feedback Partner with leaders to define career pathways and role‑based competencies Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and recommend targeted development solutions Track and report on key metrics to evaluate program effectiveness and impact Business Partnership & Talent Consulting Serve as a trusted advisor to Portfolio Directors and business leaders, providing insight into team capability, onboarding effectiveness, and talent risks Diagnose performance challenges and determine root causes (skill, behavior, or process), recommending actionable solutions Ensure talent initiatives are consistently executed at the site level and aligned with operational realities Change Enablement & Operational Support Act as a liaison during rollouts of new systems, processes, and tools Translate complex changes into clear, actionable guidance for front‑line teams Identify adoption challenges, skill gaps, friction points, and partner with leadership to address them Promote a culture of professionalism, accountability, and continuous learning Contribute to employee engagement and recognition efforts Continuously evaluate and improve programs with a “make it better” mindset What We're Looking For Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent progressive experience in Learning & Development or Talent Management Experience supporting development in a multi‑site or operational environment preferred Property Management Experience Strong facilitation, coaching, and communication skills Proficiency in LMS platforms and virtual learning tools Advanced skills in PowerPoint and Microsoft Office Ability to manage multiple priorities and shift based on business needs Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM; 1 day per week remote Location: 375 S Broadway, Suite 200, Denver, CO 80209
