We are currently looking to find a Detail-Oriented Bookkeeper for multiple Subway franchise restaurants. This job has a flexible work schedule Full time and/or part time and competitive pay based on experience.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Data Entry: Record daily transactions into Quickbooks
- Accounts Payable: Pay our business bills on time and accurately
- Reconciliation: Match our bank and credit card statements to our financial records to ensure they are correct.
- Payroll: Process Bi-weekly payroll for our team using a payroll service.
- Reporting: Simple weekly and monthly financial statements, P&L and Balance Sheets
Requirements:
- Experience: 1-3 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience
- Software Skills: Proficiency in Quickbooks Online and Microsoft Excel
- Soft Skills: Great Organization Skills and a sharp eye for details.
