Job Description Meeting and greeting visitors to the Mt. Olive, New Jersey MARS Location. Distributing visitor badges, directing visitors and guests Ensuring compliance with Security and general office policies and protocols-recognizing and escalating exceptions Receiving various one-off deliveries Answering a multiple-line phone, taking messages/transferring calls Performing supporting administrative and miscellaneous day to day tasks.
