To be considered for this position the following must be listed among minimum qualifications:/pulliGraduate of an accredited school of professional nursing/liliHome care experience preferred./liliConsistently demonstrates competency with technical nursing skills according to personal and legal scope of practice./liliCommunicates effectively and in accordance with agency requirements./liliAssess the continuing needs of the patient. Performs initial and ongoing patients assessments based on agency policy and standards of practice to ensure effective and appropriate home care services, as needed./liliParticipates with team of RNs, LPNs and or home health aides to provide effective and quality home care services./liliPromotes personal safety and a safe environment for patients and coworkers./liliPerforms job duties in accordance with agency policies, procedures, and professional and community standards./li/ulpInterested?
