Are you an experienced CNC Machinist who enjoys programming, setup, and precision manufacturing? We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist / CNC Programmer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a hands-on professional who can independently program, set up, and operate CNC equipment while maintaining the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

What You'll Do

Program, set up, and operate CNC mills and lathes
Create and modify CNC programs using G-Code and CAM software
Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and CAD models
Select tooling, fixtures, feeds, and speeds for optimal production
Perform first-piece inspections and verify dimensional accuracy
Troubleshoot machining, tooling, and programming issues
Maintain quality standards and production documentation
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve processes
Ensure all work meets customer specifications and company quality requirements
Follow all safety procedures and manufacturing best practices

Qualifications Required

2+ years of CNC machining experience
2+ years of CNC programming experience
Strong understanding of G-Code programming
Experience operating CNC mills and/or lathes
Ability to read blueprints and understand GD&T
Proficiency with precision measuring instruments, including micrometers and calipers
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Preferred

Experience with Mastercam, Fusion 360, GibbsCAM, or similar CAM software
Familiarity with Mazak preferred, Haas, Fanuc, Okuma, or Siemens controls
Multi-axis machining experience
Technical school or manufacturing certification
Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles
CMM experience
