Production Supervisor

Location: Ham Lake, MN
Wage: $35.00 - $45.00/hr. Depending on experience
Hours: 3:00 PM - 1:00 AM, Monday - Thursday
Job Type: Temp-to-Hire

- Lead and supervise daily production activities to meet safety, quality, and production goals
- Train, coach, and develop team members while managing performance and attendance
- Monitor production schedules, staffing levels, and workflow to ensure customer requirements are met
- Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, and Planning teams to resolve production issues
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, efficiency, and workplace safety
- 3+ years of manufacturing leadership experience
- Experience in metal fabrication, machining, welding, assembly, or related manufacturing environments preferred
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience with ERP/MRP systems
