Manufacturing Associate

Manufacturing Process Support
Supports all areas of the manufacturing process. This role will require detail-orientation, flexibility, and clear communication. Operates, and verifies the quality of work on a wide variety of manual controlled or CNC machines, works in finishing, deburring, inspection, and packaging. Performs routine or repetitive operations in a manner, which will consistently meet quality requirements and production standards. Actively participates in continuous improvement activities.
Essential Functions And Basic Duties:
- Cleans/washes parts as required.
- Maintains equipment as required.
- Deburrs or sandblasts parts.
- Operates a forklift.
- Light assembly.
- Material handling.
- Maintains work area in a neat and orderly condition. Works safely and complies with all established safety rules and work practices.
- Maintains and cares for all shop tools, machines, and equipment.
- Conform to the company quality system procedures as documented.
- Additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Education/Certification: High School Diploma or GED.
Required Knowledge: NA.
Experience Required: No experience required.
Skills Abilities: General Mechanical aptitude. Able to operate and perform basic cleaning on equipment.
Other Requirements:
Physical Strength: Lift up to 25 - 30 pounds.
Language Ability: Ability to understand and follow instructions in English.
