Community Relations Director - Oaks Senior Living is currently recruiting an experienced Community Relations Director for our Oaks at Maple Ridge in Columbus, Ga. We are looking for a professional who has a passion for working with seniors and their families, and 3+ years of experience in Senior Living management and leadership. Responsibilities include:Market community to local referral sources by building mutually rewarding relationshipsDevelop and implement an effective marketing plan to include referral source building, internal community events and advertising campaignsBe a resource to families and older adults as it relates to life changes and senior housingMaintain budgeted censusAssist older adults and families with the move-in process to ensure a smooth transition and welcoming experienceExpert knowledge in Senior Housing and a true passion to work with older adults and their families is required.
