Machine Operator - Level 1

Responsibilities Operate production machinery according to established procedures and safety guidelines. Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed to maintain quality and efficiency. Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines to ensure optimal operation. Report any machine malfunctions or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly. Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment. Qualifications Experience operating industrial machinery in a manufacturing environment. Knowledge of safety standards and procedures related to machine operation. Ability to perform basic mechanical adjustments and routine maintenance. Familiarity with quality control processes to ensure product standards are met. Capability to follow detailed instructions and work effectively in a team setting. Preferred Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in a manufacturing or production role. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety. Ability to troubleshoot minor machine issues independently. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
