Emergency Technician - Part-Time Evening Shift Available

Emergency Technician Part‑time (0.6 FTE), Evening Shift at Providence St. Vincent Medical Center. Works closely with all members of the emergency team to provide direct patient care to optimize positive patient outcomes. Assists the physician/nurse practitioner during procedures by providing the appropriate sutures, supplies, instruments, and equipment while maintaining proper sterile technique. Required qualifications: Upon hire: National Provider BLS – American Heart Association (Vendor Managed) Upon hire: Prevention and Management of Assaultive Behavior (PMAB) Annually At least 1 year of relevant experience; patient care or clinical experience preferred. Experience acquired during certification or licensure process, military medical personnel, or senior clinical nursing students is also considered. Preferred qualifications: Upon hire: Current or previous EMT, Paramedic, Medical Assistant Program or CNA certificate Pay Pay Range: $20.19 – $30.26 per hour. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
