Emergency Technician - Full-Time Evening and Day Shift Available

Description Emergency Technician at Providence St. Vincent Medical Center. Full‑Time Evening and Day Shift. Multiple positions available. Works closely with all members of the emergency team to provide direct patient care and optimize positive patient care outcomes. Assists the physician/nurse practitioner during procedures by supplying sutures, instruments and equipment, and maintains proper sterile technique. Providence caregivers are invaluable. Required Qualifications National Provider BLS – American Heart Association (Vendor Managed) – upon hire Prevention and Management of Assaultive Behavior (PMAB) – annually – upon hire 1 year relevant patient care or clinical experience preferred. Experience acquired during certification or licensure, military medical personnel, or senior clinical nursing student status is also considered. Preferred Qualifications Current or previous EMT, Paramedic, completion of a Medical Assistant Program or CNA certificate – upon hire Why Join Providence?
