Experienced Litigation Attorney

We are seeking an experienced attorney to join a growing Alaska-based law firm. This is a senior-level, independent role for a lawyer who can manage cases from intake through resolution with minimal supervision. We Are Hiring Across Multiple Practice Areas, Including Civil litigation Plaintiff's litigation Criminal defense Family law Key Responsibilities Independently manage a full caseload Handle all stages of litigation (intake through trial) Conduct hearings, motions, depositions, and trials Develop case strategy and manage client relationships Negotiate settlements and advocate in court Requirements 5+ years of legal practice experience Experience in at least one core area: civil, plaintiff's, criminal defense, or family law Strong courtroom and motion practice experience Ability to handle cases independently Excellent legal writing and client communication skills Active Alaska Bar admission (or ability to obtain quickly) Preferred Spanish fluency (adds $10,000 to base salary) Trial experience Client development or business generation experience Portable book of business #J-18808-Ljbffr
