As a School Psychologist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the mental health, emotional well-being, and academic success of students within the school munity. Key Responsibilities: Conduct prehensive psychological assessments and evaluations to identify students' academic, emotional, and behavioral needs. Provide individual and group counseling to help students manage emotional, social, and behavioral challenges. Develop and implement evidence-based interventions to support students' academic and social development. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to create effective support plans and foster a positive learning environment. Provide crisis intervention and emergency support as needed. Maintain accurate, confidential records of assessments, interventions, and progress. Assist in developing and monitoring Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students with special needs. Qualifications: Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or a related field. Valid Pennsylvania School Psychologist license or certification. Previous experience working as a school psychologist in an educational setting is highly preferred. Strong assessment, counseling, and intervention skills.
