Thank you!**Are you a **Customer Service Representative** looking to join an in-house sales team who sells award-winning products nationwide? **Ultradent**, a global name in oral health care, is a good place for you! We are currently seeking experienced, talented **Customer Service Representative** to work remotely (but will be required to come to headquarters for live trainings) for our in-house customer service team. The shift will be Monday through Friday 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. Compensation for this position is $22.25/hour.**Following are the job responsibilities:*** Manage high volume of customer service calls with a focus on sales* Cross Selling/Up Selling to and educating customers on products through inbound calls* Providing technical support to customers on product related questions* Work closely with our outside sales force**WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:*** A POSITIVE CAN DO ATTITUDE!* Must be driven to meet company sales and customer service goals* Excellent communication and organizational skills* Basic math and computer skills**WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR IN YOU:*** 1-2 years of phone sales experience is ideal* Dental industry background is a plusUltradent is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
