Patient Care Coordinator — Health From Within Chiropractic

Health From Within Chiropractic is hiring a Care Coordinator for our Quad Cities chiropractic clinics in Bettendorf and Davenport. This is the person patients and prospective patients meet first — and the person who calls new prospective patients (leads) from our online ads and books the first visit.

If you like people, you are not afraid of the phone, and you learn software quickly, keep reading.

What you will do:

• Greet patients and run check-in, check-out, and the daily schedule
• Answer phones and messages with a calm, warm tone
• Collect copays, packages, and balances
• Call and text eads from our ads — same day (usually within minutes) — and book them
• Handle “what does it cost / do you take my insurance / I need to think about it” without getting pushy
• Keep charts accurate, follow up on missed visits, and protect patient privacy
• Learn our EHR, calendar, and CRM lead management systems quickly
• Teach, administer, assist, &/or monitor patient modalities (Therapeutic exercises, Spinal Decompression, Shockwave Therapy)

You will do well here if you:

• Sound like a person on the phone, not a script
• Will pick up the phone and ask for the appointment
• Stay organized & calm when the lobby and the leads hit at the same time
• Are precise with names, dates, insurance, and money
• Want a clinic that sees families, pregnant patients, and kids — not a “3 min adjustment mill”

Must-haves:

• 1+ year customer-facing work (healthcare, dental, chiropractic, wellness, hospitality, sales, or similar)
• Willingness to make outbound calls and book appointments
• Comfortable with computers and learning new software
• On-site at either our Bettendorf or Davenport location M-F (Friday mornings only)
• Reliable transportation and authorization to work in the U.S.

Nice-to-haves (NOT REQUIRED - just nice):

• Medical, chiropractic, spa, salon, or studio appointment-setting experience
• EHR or CRM experience (ChiroHD, GoHighLevel)
• Spanish is a plus

Not a fit if:

• You only want to greet people who already walked in
• Avoid the phone and default to texting or email
• Calling someone you don’t know makes you freeze
• You dislike talking about cost
• You are low energy

Schedule, pay, and how to apply:

• Full-time OR part-time (depending on the fit) - Typical clinic hours: [Mon–Thu 8:00–6:00, Fri 8-12].
