The Project Coordinator is a highly motivated self-starter who supports various aspects of project execution based on business needs. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively across multiple teams. What You’ll Do Here Communicate with project team members and the Project Manager to maintain the project scope and work breakdown structure. Share updates and changes from the project team with other project groups (e.g., scheduling, project controls, construction). Organize internal and client meetings as required by the project team and prepare meeting minutes. Track and report on action items from engineering meetings for inclusion in the Action Items register. Coordinate requests for information to vendors and clients as identified by the project team. Provide project management and construction management support as needed. Assist weld engineering, quality control, and logistics with site field activities. Act as the site interface between the client and Aecon site management. What You Bring To The Team Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical or Civil Engineering. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written). Strong ability to collaborate and communicate with large, diverse teams. Exceptional organizational and time management skills; ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment. Service-oriented mindset and adaptability to changing project needs.
