We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team! In this vital role, you will serve as the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional support and ensuring their needs are met with enthusiasm and professionalism. Duties

• Answer incoming phone calls professionally and assist customers with questions, orders, and requests
• Monitor and clear voicemails promptly throughout the day
• Enter customer orders accurately into the company system
• Verify order details, pricing, and product availability
• Place product orders with vendors and suppliers as needed
• Communicate order updates and shipping information to customers
• Maintain organized records of customer and vendor communications
• Support general office and administrative tasks as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace while managing multiple responsibilities efficiently through excellent time management skills.

Pay

• $20-25/hour

Work Schedule

• Sunday 10am to 3:30pm (Time and a Half)
• Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday - 9 AM to 4 PM

Requirements

• Proven experience in customer service, office administration, or clerical roles with strong computer literacy.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
• Strong phone etiquette skills and experience handling multi-line phone systems in a professional setting.
• Familiarity with Sage 100, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and data entry procedures preferred.
