Banquet Setup Coordinator – Overnight Shift We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Banquet Setup Coordinator to join our hospitality team. This role is essential in ensuring that our events are set up efficiently and to the highest standards, providing a seamless experience for our guests. Key Responsibilities Prepare and set up banquet rooms according to event specifications, including arranging tables, chairs, linens, and décor Ensure all setup materials and equipment are organized and ready prior to events Collaborate with event planners and catering staff to understand setup requirements and special requests Maintain cleanliness and organization of the setup area during and after events Assist with breakdown and cleanup of banquet spaces following events Adhere to safety and sanitation standards at all times Work efficiently during overnight hours to meet tight deadlines Ability to lift 50lbs. Majority of shift is on your feet Skills and Qualifications Previous experience in event setup, hospitality, or related field preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Physical stamina to lift, move, and arrange heavy furniture and equipment Flexibility to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays Excellent communication skills Ability to follow instructions precisely and work under pressure Employee Benefits Overview We are proud to offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your well-being and preparing for your future.
