Clinical Nurse - GI Lab

Role Overview: Provides direct patient care activities including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within established nursing standards. Promotes patient and family-centered care by educating on illness management, post-treatment needs, and medication administration. Responsibilities include: Developing, implementing, and documenting individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team, patients, and families. Assessing physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient preferences and cultural considerations. Participating in activities that enhance patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. Communicating care plans effectively across the continuum of care. Working in a safety-sensitive environment, maintaining alertness and safe practices at all times. Qualifications: Education: Nursing Diploma or Associate’s Degree in Nursing; Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Licenses & Certifications: Valid RN license. Experience: No prior experience required; 2+ years preferred for advanced roles.
