Responsibilities: Manage hiring, training, work assignments, performance evaluations, and professional development of staff. Ensure departmental productivity aligns with operational goals and budget adherence. Oversee patient care delivery, creating collaborative care plans tailored to patient needs. Monitor staff hours, approve payroll, handle staffing adjustments, and conduct performance reviews. Lead staff communication, staffing decisions, and disciplinary actions when necessary. Qualifications & Skills: Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience; charge/leadership experience preferred. RN licensure required. Educational requirements include a Nursing Diploma/Associate’s degree; a Bachelor’s degree and supervisor experience are preferred. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills essential.
