Role Description A Real Estate Paralegal at Bright Law, PLLC will support attorneys in managing residential real estate transactions from contract to closing. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and reviewing closing documents, coordinating with lenders, real estate agents, and clients, and organizing files to ensure accuracy and compliance with firm and regulatory standards. The role involves conducting title-related inquiries, scheduling closings, managing checklists and timelines, and assisting with post-closing follow-up and recordings. This is a full-time, in-office position based in Mecklenburg County, NC, requiring consistent in-office presence to collaborate with the legal team and support client-facing processes. Qualifications Candidates should possess skills in Legal Document Preparation and familiarity with closing packages and real estate transaction forms. Candidates should possess knowledge of Title Insurance and title review processes relevant to residential real estate closings. Candidates should have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple files and deadlines. Candidates should have effective written and verbal communication skills for interacting with clients, lenders, and real estate professionals. Candidates should have proficiency with standard office software and would ideally be familiar with Qualia. Prior experience as a real estate paralegal or in a real estate law firm or closing office would be beneficial.
