We want the person who joins our team to feel like they are part of something special.The Successful Candidate Will Possess The FollowingDoctorate in Physical TherapyNew Jersey Physical Therapy License or met the requirements for testingMotivated to continue and further their knowledge and skills through coaching and continuing educationA desire to provide world-class care and get the best outcomes for their patientsStrong communication skills and a desire to build meaningful relationships with patientsA positive attitude and willingness to be part of a team-focused cultureThe Following Would Be Considered An Asset To The Position But Not EssentialDry Needling certification meeting 80 hours of required continuing education hours for New JerseyInterest and/or experience in pelvic floor physical therapy1-2 years of outpatient job experience, preferably in pelvic floor physical therapyHerman Wallace Pelvic Floor Level 1 or APTA Pelvic Health Level 1, or willingness to take itCertification in strength and conditioning is a plus, but not a requirementThe ideal candidate will be highly motivated, eager to learn, and ready to soak up information.What Is So Unique About This Position?
