Manufacturing Financial Analyst

Now Hiring: Manufacturing Financial Analyst Location: Newington, NH Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM Pay Rate: $90,000-$100,000 annually Are you a data-driven finance professional with manufacturing experience? We are seeking a Manufacturing Financial Analyst for a full-time opportunity. In this role, you will partner with manufacturing, supply chain, engineering, and operations teams to provide financial analysis, forecasting support, reporting, and operational insights. This position is ideal for candidates who enjoy working with data, solving problems, and driving continuous improvement in a manufacturing environment. Job Duties Perform forecast-to-actual variance analysis and identify key business drivers. Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities. Create and maintain financial reports, dashboards, and KPI tracking tools. Validate financial data and ensure reporting accuracy within ERP systems. Investigate reporting discrepancies and collaborate on solutions. Assist with ERP, reporting, and business intelligence improvements. Provide financial modeling and decision-support analysis for operations. Communicate financial results and recommendations to cross-functional teams. Education Requirements Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Experience Requirements 3-5 years of finance, accounting, or financial analysis experience. Manufacturing, operations, or supply chain experience preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, and HLOOKUPs. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
