Financial Operations Analyst

Financial Operations Analyst - Portsmouth, NH Our client, a growing financial services organization, is seeking a Financial Operations Analyst to support daily financial operations, account servicing, transaction processing, and reporting. This role will work across multiple functions to ensure accurate records, timely processing, and efficient operational support. Responsibilities Process payments, transactions, and account activity. Manage invoicing, payment application, and customer account inquiries. Perform account reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records. Support operational reporting and month-end activities. Assist with audits, documentation requests, and compliance-related processes. Participate in system enhancements and process improvement initiatives. Collaborate with internal teams to support operational objectives and customer service needs. Qualifications 3+ years of experience in financial operations, accounting, banking, lending, leasing, or accounts receivable. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, or related field. Advanced Excel skills required. Experience with financial servicing, accounting, CRM, or reporting systems.
