This role supports Finance, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing with accurate, timely, and data-driven reporting across gross margin, inventory, and capital expenditures.Develop and enhance financial reporting leveraging modern BI tools (PowerBI, SAP, Oracle EPM) to deliver actionable insightsPerform gross margin analysis including price, volume, mix, and FX impactConduct deep-dive variance analysis on work orders, purchase price variance (PPV), and absorptionBuild and maintain ad-hoc financial models to support business decisionsParticipate in cost savings initiatives including Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping (VSM), and Six Sigma Green Belt projectsSupport Annual Operating Plan (AOP), quarterly forecasts, and Strategic Plan processes for Supply Chain and ManufacturingRequired Qualifications:2–5 years of experience in Accounting or Finance, with a focus on Operations, Supply Chain, and/or ManufacturingBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fieldExperience with ERP/EPM systems (SAP, Oracle EPM)Excel and PowerPoint with advanced proficiencyWhy Laborie:Our Mission every day is to operate as a world-class specialist medical company making and advancing technologies that preserve and restore human dignity.
