- Perform forecast-to-actual variance analysis and identify key business drivers.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
- Create and maintain financial reports, dashboards, and KPI tracking tools.
- Validate financial data and ensure reporting accuracy within ERP systems.
- Investigate reporting discrepancies and collaborate on solutions.
- Assist with ERP, reporting, and business intelligence improvements.
- Provide financial modeling and decision-support analysis for operations.
- Communicate financial results and recommendations to cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of finance, accounting, or financial analysis experience.
- Manufacturing, operations, or supply chain experience preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, and HLOOKUPs.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
