Rodent Abatement Program Manager

Job Description Location: Auburn, CA. Work Model: Onsite. Employment Type: Temporary (Full Time), Estimated Duration: 13 months. Pay: $75.00–$83.00 per hour. Required Education Bachelor’s Degree. Required License / Certification California PCA License. Required Experience, Knowledge & Skills Rodent abatement experience. 3+ years of related experience. Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, Visio, PowerPoint). Preferred Experience, Knowledge & Skills Full understanding of Program Management. Ability to assess and recommend solutions for assigned projects. Ability to prioritize, plan, perform and communicate activities in written and verbal form. Knowledge of current utility and energy industry issues, trends and political, economic and social impacts. Knowledge of energy industry applications to local level customers, including energy efficiency applications and customer information. Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, Access, Visio, PowerPoint. Program Manager Responsibilities Completes assignments of moderate scope and complexity. Requires some guidance on moderately complex issues. May participate on project teams. Understands the basic organizational structure and how to utilize available resources. Communicates with peers inside and outside of Client exchanging ideas or gathering information. Travel 50% travel, may be anywhere within the service territory.
