Board Eligible/Board Certified Emergency Medicine Physician

to join an established, collaborative Emergency Medicine team in

Kingsport, Tennessee . This opportunity offers physicians the chance to provide comprehensive emergency care while working alongside an experienced team and serving as a

supervise and mentor APPs Comprehensive Emergency Medicine practice CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

MD or DO from an accredited medical school Completion of an accredited residency program of at least 3 years Active, unrestricted Tennessee medical license Active DEA registration with a Tennessee address DEA Schedules

2, 2N, 3, 3N, 4 & 5 ECFMG certification required for international medical graduates BOARD CERTIFICATION

Must have successfully passed a specialty board examination through one of the following: ABEM ABFM ABIM ABPS AOA REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS

ACLS ATLS PALS

- required if not EM board certified NRP

- required for non-ABEM providers CREDENTIALING REQUIREMENTS

MMR and Varicella vaccination documentation or positive immunity titers Two-step TB testing within the previous 12 months QuantiFERON Gold accepted per facility requirements Chest X-ray within the last 3 months if TB test is positive Case logs from the previous 2 years Special procedure training documentation, if applicable Preeclampsia-Eclampsia CME required at initial appointment and every 2 years thereafter MALPRACTICE
