Job TitleEmployment Type: Full timeShift: Night ShiftDescription: 3 Lacks at Trinity Health Grand Rapids Hospital is a 32-bed, all-private-room acute care unit specializing in geriatric patients (65+). This high-acuity, adaptable care environment unit manages telemetry, cardiac drips, high-flow oxygen, BiPAP, and advanced therapies. Nurses care for patients with rapidly changing conditions, using advanced assessment and strong clinical judgment.3 Lacks follows a nurse-directed, team-based care model with RNs, LPNs, Nurse Externs, PCAs, and Virtual RNs.
