Texas Licensed Property Claims Coordinator

Managing accounts receivable processes, the hybrid Property Claims Billing Coordinator will ensure timely payment processing, handle billing inquiries, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies while working from the Denver office with occasional remote flexibility. Key Responsibilities Accurately process daily cash applications and financial data entry related to insurance estimates Follow up on aged balances and communicate with customers to resolve billing discrepancies Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve invoice disputes and manage escalated issues Required Qualifications Texas adjuster's license or equivalent required; associate degree in accounting or related field is a plus 2-3 years of property adjusting experience required 2-3 years in accounts receivable with experience in Salesforce and NetSuite preferred High level of proficiency in MS Excel Strong understanding of accounts receivable functions and property insurance estimates
