Janitorial Site Supervisor

Schedule: Part-Time | Monday – Friday | 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM (No Weekends!)

Location: On-Site | Mathis Ferry Road, Mount Pleasant, SC 29464

Requirements: Previous cleaning or supervisory experience required; strong attention to detail; reliable transportation.

What You'll Do / Key Responsibilities As our Janitorial Site Supervisor, you will lead evening operations for a local school facility. Serving as the lead Cleaning Supervisor, you will guide team members, inspect work areas, and ensure our client enjoys a safe, spotless environment every night.

Lead and support the evening team as the primary Janitorial Site Supervisor on-site.

Setting up Team Members for success by assigning nightly tasks

Making sure different departments are cleaned and prepared for activities. Location focuses heavily on after hours activities such as sports and band.

Perform and oversee daily school cleaning tasks including sanitizing, sweeping, mopping, and trash removal.

Inspect classrooms, restrooms, and common areas to maintain high quality standards.

Manage cleaning inventory, equipment, and opening/closing procedures smoothly.

Make sure all interior and exterior doors are shut before the end of the shift

What You Bring To The Team / Qualifications

• Experience as a Janitorial Site Supervisor, janitorial lead, or cleaning lead is a plus!
• A friendly, positive attitude and strong communication skills.
• Must be punctual, reliable, and comfortable working evening hours (5 PM - 10 PM).
• Ability to pass a standard background check for school placement.
