Hours and Days: 2nd Shift: Monday – Friday, 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Requirements: 1+ years of supervisor experience in janitorial, cleaning, or facility maintenance; high attention to detail. Must be able to pass a federal background check

What You'll Do As a Janitorial Site Supervisor (also working as our Cleaning Lead and Custodian Supervisor ), you will guide our 2nd shift team to keep our Charleston client site spotless. Your core responsibilities include:
- Directing day-to-day operations for the evening cleaning staff, ensuring all safety and quality standards are met.
- Performing quality control inspections and providing hands-on training to new team members.
- Managing equipment, cleaning supplies, and inventory on-site.
- Acting as the primary point of contact for site management to maintain strong client relationships.

- Proven leadership experience as a Janitorial Supervisor, Cleaning Lead, or lead custodian.
- Strong communication skills and a positive, team-first attitude.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Dependable attendance and a sharp eye for detail.
